The IBM Executive Briefing Centre Upgrade Project was a 5,000 SF upgrade to the existing offices of IBM on the Ground Floor of a two tower, nine (9) storey office building.  Construction work included re-using existing elements and spaces – in some cases re-purposing existing rooms to serve new functions resulting from increased demands on this Client focused facility.  Integration of new state of the art audio visual systems was also of key importance to the success of the project.  The resulting space serves to retain the original architectural features while providing an updated aesthetic aligned with strategic use of limited real estate.
