Major 17,000 SF renovation and reshape of the existing Ground Floor facilities.  High security measures were in place throughout the duration of the project.  Complete renovation to the Ground Floor which included the Main Reception Area, Family Visitation Area, Volunteer Area, and Head Start Daycare Centre.  Construction was phased in order to keep the space fully operational throughout implementation and included the integration of a new exterior staff entrance to allow for secure compartmentalization of various spaces.
