RNR Ottawa Inc. engaged ARK to oversee the development and construction of a brand new 26,000 square foot, two storey office/industrial building located at 255 Michael Cowpland Drive. The project included an 8,000 square foot interior fit-up of an office/showroom for the anchor tenant, Robertson Rent-All, as well as 18,000 square feet of Class ‘A’ multi-tenanted office space. ARK engaged the design and engineering consultants, together they administered the development through site plan application, and managed the construction of the building.
